Restricted to Plan I majors in the College of Liberal Arts. Study the ability to accurately understand and adapt behavior to cultural differences and commonality. Examine self and other awareness, explore culture, practice cross-cultural communication, and develop intercultural competency. Three lecture hours a week for one semester. Liberal Arts Honors 340S and 350 (Topic: Fnds of Intercul Competncy) may not both be counted. Prerequisite: Upper-division standing and a grade point average of at least 3.50.
