Produce an independent design project in which investigation, design process, and critical evaluation are formulated. Implement a theoretical and research base, provide a comprehensive exploration of a landscape design topic, and offer insight for advancing the discipline. Eighteen laboratory hours a week for one semester.
Pre/Corequisites: Graduate standing, Landscape Architecture 696E (or 696) and 397, consent of the graduate adviser, cumulative GPA of 3.8, and application approval from the LAR Graduate Studies Committee.
