Provides an opportunity for the beginner acute care pediatric nurse practitioner student to apply advanced knowledge of pathophysiology, pharmacology, current research and evidence, and diagnostic and psychomotor skills to caring for children with complex acute, critical, and chronic health conditions, and their families. Eight laboratory hours a week for one semester.
