A continuation of Pharmacy PharmD 282E. The study of nonprescription products and complementary and alternative medicine as it relates to the patient's ability to care for themselves with emphasis on the pharmacist's consultant role in product selection and non-pharmacologic recommendations. Pharmacy 172E and Pharmacy PharmD 282F may not both be counted. For each hour of credit earned, one lecture hour a week for one semester.
