Study of nonprescription products and complementary and alternative medicine as it relates to the patient's ability to care for themselves with emphasis on the pharmacist's consultant role in product selection and nonpharmacologic recommendations. Pharmacy 262D and Pharmacy PharmD 282E may not both be counted. Two lecture hours a week for one semester.
