PSY 355M PSY 355M. The Cognitive Psychology of Music. 3 Hours.
Cognitive foundations of music in terms of physics of sound, the psychophysics of musical experience, perceptual organization of musical scenes, the perception of time through rhythm, and the ways in which music reflects natural form. Three lecture hours a week for one semester.
