Introduction to the religious landscape of the Middle East including the various expressions of Eastern Christianity, Islam, and Judaism as well as Zoroastrianism. Only one of the following may be counted: Islamic Studies 310R, Jewish Studies 310R, Middle Eastern Studies 310R, Religious Studies 310R. Three lecture hours a week for one semester.
