Examine, through global literature, the interconnected worlds, humans, activities, and cultures in the approximate time frame of a thousand years to discover what they reveal of early globalisms. Three lecture hours a week for one semester. English 350E (Topic: Imagining World, 500-1500 CE) and 373M may not both be counted Prerequisite: One of the following: Comparative Literature 315, English 303D, 316L, 316M, 316N, 316P, or Tutorial Course 303D.
