Restricted to students pursuing a Master of Laws. An introduction to the common law of contracts for foreign lawyers. Examine the methods by which rights and duties of promissory and quasi-promissory origin are created, transferred, limited, discharged, breached, and enforced. For each semester hour of credit earned, the equivalent of one lecture hour a week for one semester.
