Introduction to the case-law method, the basic tools for conducting legal research, and the basic conventions and expectations for creating professional legal work product. Research and draft a full-length, formal analytical memorandum that may serve as a professional writing sample. For each semester hour of credit earned, the equivalent of one lecture hour a week for one semester.
