Explore an overview of the jurisprudential basis and theoretical underpinnings of animals in our legal system. Examine the developing field of animal law through the prism of traditional legal disciplines, including torts, contracts, criminal, regulatory, administrative, and constitutional law. For each semester hour of credit earned, the equivalent of one lecture hour a week for one semester.
