Examine forms of law governing jurisdiction and procedure of state and federal agencies, the right and scope of judicial review, and the relation of administrative agencies to legislature and chief executive. Law 361, 461 and Law 394C, 494C may not both be counted. For each semester hour of credit earned, the equivalent of one lecture hour a week for one semester.
