Examination and application of principles of pharmacy management, with emphasis on human resource management. Subjects include interviewing and selection techniques, assessing job performance, improving the work environment, leadership skills, management skills, managing medication errors, and quality improvement of pharmacy services. Pharmacy 326M and Pharmacy PharmD 385K may not both be counted. Three lecture hours a week for one semester.
