Examine the principles of hearing aid circuitry and looped systems, ear molds and their acoustic properties, and electroacoustic properties of hearing aids and selection procedures. Three lecture hours a week for one semester. Only one of the following may be counted: Communication Sciences and Disorders 394C, 394P, Speech, Language, and Hearing Sciences 394C, 394P. Prerequisite: Graduate standing, background in audiology coursework, and consent of instructor.
