Introduction to the knowledge base in measurement theory and quantitative research designs, including research designs appropriate to different research contexts; and analyzing, interpreting, and representing statistical data to scholarly and practitioner audiences. Educational Administration 381P and Educational Leadership and Policy 391P may not both be counted. Three lecture hours a week for one semester.
